On March 18, the Board of Directors of the Group of 78 composed a letter addressed to Prime Minister Trudeau and to the political party leaders, requesting that the Government of Canada call for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and for all forms of humanitarian support to be granted access to the afflicted areas.
