In an effort to make the conference accessible to as many people as possible, we have opted to keep our registration fees low.

Those choosing to attend the Dinner and Keynote on Friday, October 9 will pay $
Those choosing to attend IN PERSON on Saturday, October 10 will pay $
Those choosing to attend IN PERSON on both October 9 and 10 will pay $
Those choosing the VIRTUAL conference option will pay $
There are THREE ways to register for the full conference: printing, completing, and mailing this or registering online for either the IN PERSON or VIRTUAL Program. Please choose your preference.
If printing the form, please send it, and payment via cheque (made out to Group of 78) to Group of 78 at 411-27 Cardigan Street, Guelph, ON N1H 7V6. Please send it no later than September 30, 2025, to ensure you are registered in time. Also, those opting for the Virtual Conference, please send payment by September 30 to ensure your comfort and enjoyment of the conference.

You will receive an automatic confirmation of your registration for the conference (held on Friday, October 9 and Saturday October 10, 2026). Remember to keep your email receipt as it will be your Ticket to enter the event.
For the ALL VIRTUAL PASS to our Annual Policy Conference, click HERE. An email will be sent to you with links to attend each of the sessions in the comfort of your home. Remember to KEEP YOUR EMAIL as it will contain all of the links you will need for the conference.
STUDENTS can enjoy a discount on purchasing tickets for the in-person or virtual pass to the conference. Use the code (TBD) in the promo code box (and check it). This code allows students to attend in person for $ and virtually for free.
