At the end of April, in the port city of Santa Marta, the governments of Colombia and the Netherlands will co-host an exciting, plurilateral meeting of countries, civic groups, researchers and businesses committed to transitioning away from fossil fuels.
In a webinar on Wednesday, March 11, the Group of 78 will hear from the Ambassadors of Colombia and the Netherlands to Canada on the background, goals and significance of the Santa Marta meeting, and from experts on the policy and technical issues and pathways forward to be advanced during the conference.
